Normec is very pleased to announce the acquisition of Quality Services B.V. (QS). From August 2021, QS and its subsidiaries QS Testing, QS Inspection and QS Certification will be part of Normec Group.
Founded in 2001, QS provides independent accredited testing, inspection and certification (TIC) services for public and private clients. The focus is on plastic films, pipes, structures, renewable energy and biobased products. In 20 years, QS has developed into a fully-fledged partner in the industry.
With years of (international) experience in the TIC industry, its entry is of great value to Normec. CEO Joep Bruins comments: “QS offers a scope of activities not currently offered by Normec Group. This puts us in an even better position to unburden our customers across the board. QS is therefore a wonderful addition to the existing services within our Life, Safety & Environment division.”
