QS Inspection and ABV Haukes join forces

As inspection experts in the field of soil protection, we provide thorough, independent quality inspections. We have been doing this together with ABV Haukes from Nijmegen for a year now. By combining our knowledge, we can inspect IBC works faster and more efficiently according to Protocol 6902. This way, we guarantee an independent assessment that meets all criteria.

Together, we have already professionally inspected 23 IBC works. These are ground, road and hydraulic engineering works in which contaminated building materials have been used. For example, waste from power plants, bottom ashes and slag. These building materials may only be used in works with isolation, management and control (IBC) measures. This means that these works must be thoroughly inspected regularly after completion to prevent groundwater and soil pollution.

Together with ABV Haukes, we check for drainage stagnation, subsidence or weakened construction, among other things. Thanks to periodic inspections, weaknesses in the construction can be detected and repaired in time.
